It's a rip off, and they customer service sucks!! They will "clean" the carpet but will not replace it regardless of the huge stains in the middle of each room. I am having the worst time trying to "bargain" with them. Their maintenence people are horrible and do everything half assed. Don't buy from Equity!! The are ghetto!

For a "luxury" place and the high price, this place is so substandard. There isn't a straight wall in any of the apartments. The fixtures and appliances are old and in disrepair. Moisture in the walls and ceiling from leaking pipes is common. The painting they do is horrible.
