I have lived here for several years. the best apartments/townhomes I have lived in. It is hard to fina any with garages, but these have up to a 2 car and they are reasonably spacious. My neighbors never bother me and maintenance always comes and fixes whatever I need pretty quickly. I am sure the location you get will factor in quite a bit, I leave almost as close to the 91 freeway and home depot as you can get. Sometimes the kids in here are a little careless in the streets and management could do more about that for the kids safety. I would recommend, it may seem a little pricey, but this area is fairly nice. Much less than purchasing a home except now is the time for that. I am a broker, who is single and no family, and found it much more comfortable and convenient to live here.

How do you like living less than 300 feet from half a million vehicles passing by every day? I bet you feel it when the tractor trailers go by. I know it rattled my 2nd floor apartment when I lived there. We could rarely open our windows either. Most of the day the exhaust fumes and tire dust were very strong. Go wipe the rail of your balcony. Those little black specks are tire particles. Very bad for the lungs.
After living there for a few years, it took some getting used to my new place, not hearing the constant sounds of traffic.
I take it your vehicle hasn't gotten broken into yet? It's pretty bad there and worse up the street at the Ashton. There are much better deals to be found in Corona.

Perhaps it helps to be smart enough NOT to take one of the apartments that are next to the 91....that sure helped us out with the noise.
