Pretty nice apartment, despite it being in Corona

Pretty decent place to live (although I hated living in Corona). The management was overall pretty nice, though not always consistent, but you could talk to them. Despite the other comment, I got all of my deposit back pretty quickly (hate to think what they must have done to their apartment to not get anything back). They did like to raise the rent frequently, but then again that area's real estate is booming right now.
I had some problems with a downstairs neighbor who didn't like my using my washer at night. Otherwise, nothing major. The apartment was in good shape with all the necessary amenities (central air/heat, dishwasher, your own water heater, washer/dryer hookups (you could rent from them for only $25/month, which I did), and a nice size balcony). I lived on the third floor, though, which has its advantages but grocery day was a -----. Overall, I'd recommend at least taking a look - better than most apartments in Corona.
