It stays a thing of beauty around here; lawn maintenance is here every week. It's vertually bug free, aside from small spiders. NO skateboarding or biking in here, and that's good!!! It keeps my little one off the parking lot. It's safe inside the gated area, including the gated pool area which is maintained every week. The building construction is ok except for the single pane windows that flap in the wind. The maintenance is speedy, courteous, and they follow up afterwards. The parking is great, but what about guests' It's not safe to park on the street due to vandals. You have to watch your stuff around here too, because things get stolen.

As far as you saying bug free my garage is always full of black widows and there are tons of them right by the spa at night also, haven't had any in the apartment butr everywhere else is very bad.
