I loved living in the place, it was nice.. except for the noisy neighborhood! You will not be able to sleep.. read the contract carefully when you move in, cause once you move out they'll try to charge you for stupid little things and take out as much as you can from your deposit like repainting the whole wall just cause you put up a painting with two holes that you already touched up. So yes, becareful.. I would not recommend anyone I know to move here, there's better places.
