We have been living there for 2 years now, and we are finally moving out of there on the first of the month to a bigger and better place. The Springs was fine the first 6months to a year that we were there. But eventually there was many things that started making us want to move out ASAP. First of all I have read the comments given by other tenants and even though most of them are written a couple of years ago and are old, most of the comments if not all, still stand true till this day. The parking does extremley suck if you have more than one car and have guest coming to see you. Many times I had to park way across the other side if I was even lucky to find any parking on either side. The apartments are very small and the mamgement only treats you extremly nice when your about to move in after then it seems like they could care less. Plenty of times the police was there controlling disturbances or fights between parents because of their rowdy children. The walls are extremly thin and you could hear everything that went on in the apt next to you. None of the residents living upstairs could own a dish because The Springs did not like how the dish was mounted. They tried to give us an eviction notice because of our mounting of our dish, now if you ask me you evict people for not paying rent not for mounting your satelite dish the wrong way. Plenty of times they would send us letters about having a late charge for paying half of the rent and when they were confronted about this it was their mistake because they credited the other half of our rent given, to another account. Now that was the last straw for us. It was fine to start off there but gradually it became worst and worst. The only good thing I can say about this place is the maintinence workers and gardners are the best. They work very hard and do their job extremley well. But If you guys have 1st choices before living at The Springs go with them instead of here!!!
