I moved out on the 15th. We were typically quiet tenants with occassional late payments thanks to a flakey roommate.

When the apartments we were trying to get into called the Springs they made up all kinds of nonsense. Said that we were still in a lease (when I have signed paperwork from the management and a return reciept from a certified letter that says we were out on the 15th). That's after them sending us something about renewing again after they sent and signed those letters.
Then I come to find out that they never processed my paperwork so they never added me to the lease. They told them that we had a ton of violations. When we asked them to verify those, it turns out it was 2 noise complaints. One we specifically remember the security guard coming to our door and then telling us it was obvious that the noise was coming from downstairs not us! They never changed that in our file!
Couple this mess with all the other things people said, gates constantly broken, rowdy unsupervised kids around oh and a turn around on management that will make your head spin!
