GOOD PLACE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   WELL I HAVE READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND I HAVE TO SAY THE SPRINGS IS A NICE APARTMENT COMPLEX. IT KINDA MAKES ME WANT TO BE DEFENSIVE SINCE I DID CHOOSE THIS TO BE MY HOME. I WANTED A PLACE THAT DOES TAKE PRIDE IN THE APPEARANCE AND IT IS NOT FILLED WITH TEEANAGERS PARTYING. THERE ARE SOME DOWNFALLS, LIKE THE PARKING AT TIMES IS BAD. BUT IF YOU HAVE LIVED IN APARTMENTS BEFORE IT IS THE SAME EVERYWHERE. THE APARTMENT IS A GOOD SIZE AND I HAVE NEVER A HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE MANAGMENT. SOUNDS LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS JUST HAD ISSUES. BUT THE MANAGER IS REALLY NICE AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HELPFULL TO ME.
