WELL I HAVE READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND I HAVE TO SAY THE SPRINGS IS A NICE APARTMENT COMPLEX. IT KINDA MAKES ME WANT TO BE DEFENSIVE SINCE I DID CHOOSE THIS TO BE MY HOME. I WANTED A PLACE THAT DOES TAKE PRIDE IN THE APPEARANCE AND IT IS NOT FILLED WITH TEEANAGERS PARTYING. THERE ARE SOME DOWNFALLS, LIKE THE PARKING AT TIMES IS BAD. BUT IF YOU HAVE LIVED IN APARTMENTS BEFORE IT IS THE SAME EVERYWHERE. THE APARTMENT IS A GOOD SIZE AND I HAVE NEVER A HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE MANAGMENT. SOUNDS LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS JUST HAD ISSUES. BUT THE MANAGER IS REALLY NICE AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HELPFULL TO ME.

Does this person live in the same Springs? There ARE people partying all of the time and teenagers loitering. My upstairs neighbor is so noisy that the walls and windows literally shake when he stumbles around. The neighbors around me have complained about him as well because he chucked a beer bottle at one of their kids. The Springs management did NOTHING. He still lives there and has only received visits from security for a little slap on his fat wrist. The management is pathetic. DON'T MOVE HERE YOU WILL HATE IT.
