The physical apartment is a nice floorplan for a one bedroom, however the lack of w/d hookups makes it difficult and expensive to do laundry when you need to. They charge $1 to wash and $0.75 to dry, but it often takes extra quarters to get your clothes to dry all of the way because the dryers suck. There is no change machine, so you have to go break change somewhere else since the machines are quarter operated.
The management was great when I first moved in, and then when I signed to extend my lease, they became totally unhelpful. They didn't even kick-out the guy that lives upstairs even when he threw beer-bottles at kids. He has received multiple complaints from myself and other neighbors and the management will not do anything about it. If you do rent here, don't park on the street because I have heard of several instances where cars have been vandalized/broken into. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

i found that i saved money living here then paying more on the water bill at other apartments. its actually cheaper to wash clothes here then other apartments, and you can get all your loads done in one shot, even thought it was a pian. I never had a problem with the dryers as long as you dont over fill them, thats probably your problem
