I was really dissapointed in not only the apartment here but also with the staff. when my husband and i got to the springs to sign our lease she said shed be with us in a minute, left to get our forms and started answering phones. Then gave us a key card to the wrong side of the gate, when we actually got into the apartment it was disgusting. I had spiders living in the kitchen, a dirty toliet, sink and shower, what looked like rust in the sink as well. I mean they knew we were coming, they coulda sprused up the place just a little bit. Luckily they had a 30 day guarantee where if we didnt like it we could break our lease. If i had had to stay there i didnt know what i would have done.
