I lived here for a year and would have renewed my lease if I didn't buy a house.
I was very happy living here other then the parking situation. I reccomend never to park on the street. I never had any problems with my 06' toyota corrola, luckly other then always getting tickets because of the street sweepers on wednesdays. it seems like the police wait till 7am exactly to write out tickets to the cars who are parked, although it was my fault.
The managment was always very friendly. the one thing i could actually complain about was that the owners have inspectors come every month or two to check out the apartment and while they were being bought out they had them come a few times in one month!
The bulidings are pretty old but very well kept up! across the street are very low income apartments and it looks like little T.J. but I had no problems while living there.
Its the best place to rent for the price in the area. I reccomend these apartments as long as you are aware of these situations.
