I unfortunately had to leave these apartments after nearly ten years due to an infestation of rodents which took the management nearly three months to: 1. take the problem seriously; 2. offer to accommodate, after I had contacted the Fair Housing Bureau; 3. and have the exterminator do an extensive review of the apartment. The maintenance staff is excellent, same staff for the entire ten years. The management staff has changed many times over the years, the current staff began in September of 2006. Not happy with the customer service from this crew.
