I know most of the reviews on here are over a year old and since then they have "changed" management companies but dont let the smiles on the office staffs face fool you. If you ever decide to rent here make sure you know what you are getting yourself into. The kids on this property are consitently running around, yelling and making an unconsiderable amount of noise. Some of the tenants have sex and feel the need to announce it to the entire complex, so watch out for your kids. If you work at night and sleep during the day you better be prepared to sleep in your car, the gardners are here at least 4 times a week early morning. Oh and that nice sounding part in the lease that states that if another tenant is making noise that disturbs others and they will mail notices out to inform them and ask them to cease the noise making, dont be fooled. Remember that saying if it sounds to good then it probably is, well The Springs apartments are no exception. Ive been a resident here for 2..let me repeat that 2 months ONLY!! and needless to say ive had to gone to the office various times to "file" a complaint on another tenant who turns up his music/tv/movies, whatever it may be, so abnoxsiously loud after 9pm or 11pm until early in th morning and according to what the office staff says they have already "sent out letters" which dont seem to work. Oh and if when you file the complaint you are wanting to hear someone defend the other tenant then by all means get your pens ready and sign away. But if parking is the only thing that your worried about then you'll have no problem theres pleanty of that here, probably because so many tenants choose not to renew there lease. Oh and dont expect to get great satallite or cable service because unles you are in a unit that has a clear view satalite tv is definatly out of the question and for your cable needs it seems like time warner cable is the only one available. Good Luck apartment hunting, and if you are reading this after signing your lease all i have to say is im soo very sorry.

Sounds to me like you're ridiculously picky (and probably a grumpy old woman) and you had a bad neighbor. Bad neighbors are not the fault of the apartment complex, and if the management isn't doing enough in regards to the noise the call the cops. There is no perfect apartment complex out there.

sorry about the problems, it's true about no perfect apartment complex, but the manager should acknowledge your complaint and try to find a solution.
