Poor management From: ranran Date posted: 7/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999   They did not tell me they required 6-month-deposit beside the deposit I had already paid untile the day I moved in and when I complained they just laughted. Thought they could get away because I am a foreigner, racists! Somebody left a nasty note in my car port when I complained about one of their staff. Did not do a proper cleaning before I moved in, there were too many ants in the kitchen right after I moved in and I had to clean it up. Although I paid for the laundry machine rental, they took washing machine and drier from my apartment when I was not in, then did not give them back for 1 week, then when they finally came back, it was unclean, dirty machines which were not at first installed. I really hated them the managers, but the place itself was not so bad.
