Don't rent - selling as homeowner condos

I have lived in Triana for 1.5 years. I loved living here, and for the most part still do. But now we are getting kicked out because they are selling them as homeowner condos. The place has gotten nasty since the new company bought the property. Filthy grounds, dirty workers everywhere. They are still leasing apartments until August 05, but the new company does not care about tenant needs. They do not keep the grounds clean and do not fix things that break in your apartment. Do not rent here.
