Baywood was ok 2 years ago. I moved out because it was taken over by a large management company 2 years ago, and their standards had dropped. My garage was broken into by people climbing through the garage attic. Those expensive garages are NOT secure. The place is not secure and anyone can get in at any time. Also, kids from the highschool across the street frequently are loitering in the complex as they are ditching school. Dont rent a downstairs apartment, because you will hear air compressors running all night long during both winter and summer and not to mention all the footsteps, you can even hear the people above you talking and having sex. The pools are never heated, youd think with three pools, that they can heat one of them, also rent is increasing here, but quality is decreasing, people vandalize cars and your patio items at night and the office does not care. Ok, here is one good thing, it is in the newer south corona area and you are seconds away from all the new supermarkets and stores. The corona school district is also excellent if you have kids. Too bad this place lowered their standards and let scummy people move in. I moved back to L.A. because the rent is too high to pay for the hot and cold/smoggy corona climate. I now live 2 miles from the beach with an ocean view and only pay a little more than baywood villa, funny how my new complex is bayhill.
