First, to the reviewer that submitted on 10/20/05. That is odd that you pay $1055 and have been here since 2000. I pay $975 the $15 for parking, blah. I have a 2 bed, 1 bath as well. Maybe you have a garage, but if not I would check into that if I were you. I am under lease so they can't change my rate if it is wrong. I haven't had any problems with theft, but believe me if someone were to break into my car Management would know for sure and I would make it a point to make it known amont all of my fellow residents. I think the maintenance staff are pretty good in taking care of things when they say they will half of the time. Sometimes you have to bug which I or you don't have time for. I think every resident that rents in the state of California is robbed every month. I checked out the prices of these apartments and for new residents I think I remember them charging near $1200 for my same unit. It doesn't make since the price we have to pay for sub standard living. I agree with the other review. I always thought the OG Baywood sign looked run down and now they have a fancy smancy Waterstone sign. The main office looks really nice as well as the paint on the stone pillars that line the streets. I don't know what they were thinking of painting the trim dark brown and leaving the origial 1985 Chevy Econoline paint on the rest. For the price we pay for these places you would think we would at least have a washer and dryer that we can fit more than a couple pillowcases in at a time. I think there is more cubic inches of space in my toilet. Ok so I am exaggerating a little. I would have already looked for a new place, but didn't want to go through the hassle of moving. You guys know how that can be.
