Management hasn't got a CLUE - When you come here to look at units everybody will be nicey-nicey. And you will see the nice lobby and be impressed. The location is great but the management is ruthless and clueless. I am out of here at the end of my lease. Once you move here, reality sets in. Get ready for a big rent raise EVERY YEAR, no matter how long you live here or how good a tenant you are. And the price ranges ...Full review of Coronado Bay Club

Loved it! :) - My husband and I moved there because he was in the Navy and absolutely loved our place. The one bedroom apartments are a little small, but the two bedrooms are the perfect size. We sometimes rented out our second room to help out friends, but usually it was just him and I. Either way, it all worked out. I never really needed anything from maintenance, so I couldn't tell ...Full review of Jolacor Apartments

just take it and wait it out..... - When I inquired about the place a month ago the sweet young blonde was super friendly and she shows me the apartment which seemed to be unfinished. I was told that that apartment was not the one that would be given to me. Well it was the one I got my husband and I we re upset; Returning to express how we felt to the young lady changed her tone as to be surprised that we were upset about the ...Full review of Coronado Apartments

Dump This place has the worst management you can imagine. Example: management shut down the entire pool/spa area because they failed to keep it up to code with the city. So now the all the residents of the complex are robbed of using the amenities because management can't do simple

Horrible Managements and lease agreements The management is horrible and don't value their residents, be careful about renewing leases especially when they are signing new leases at specials $250 less then current residents. They don't care if they are ripping residents off with lease

These apartments are a RIP OFF! Horrible plumbing issues. Constant need for maintenance. Old kitchens and appliances. The hallways of the buildings are dirty. The laundry machines are overpriced.

Do not live here. The clubhouse is the only nice building. Nightmare after nightmare in our apartment. Management is ineffective and does not enforce any rules. They think with the remodel (which is really just a cover-up of old sins) the place will be nice. Noisy neighbors; poor security.

I find the complex is very well managed for a 549 unit community. With resident types that vary from toddlers, military from senior retirements.. i find that the actions that are taken by management are taken to benefit all groups. Over the last 20 years in the san diego area, I have lived
