Great Local!! I have yet to move in, but they are renovating and the new units look great!! Everyone need to stop hating! You get to live next to the bay and overlook downtown San Diego. Quit your complaining!!

These apartments are a RIP OFF! Horrible plumbing issues. Constant need for maintenance. Old kitchens and appliances. The hallways of the buildings are dirty. The laundry machines are overpriced.

Do not live here. The clubhouse is the only nice building. Nightmare after nightmare in our apartment. Management is ineffective and does not enforce any rules. They think with the remodel (which is really just a cover-up of old sins) the place will be nice. Noisy neighbors; poor security.

The location is very convenient at 7600 S Jones Blvd. But that is probably the only positive thing I can write. Where should I start with the negative things........ (1) If you recommend someone & they move in, the office does not tell you that there is paper work that must be filled out

Not Recommended Anyone is allowed to park in the parking lot so there is no parking on holidays or special events. They have changed their dog policy and now allow anything with no rules. Dogs barking all day and evening. Hallways and common areas are dirty. Plumbing issues,water is shut

Avoid this place like the ghetto! I lived on the third floor, facing the pool. Screaming kids all day, and drunk people til 10 every night. The apartments are old, and run down. They made an attempt to fix up the sink areas, and install crown molding, but the place smells
