The worst place I lived in by far! Parking is terible: people park in your carport all the time or block you overnight. Good luck with street parking and guest parking-there are 50-50% chances that someone will back up into your car if you park there. Words cannot describe the nightmare I endured during a year I stayed there. My car was damaged on three different occasions during the course of one year (hit and run all three times).Another thing their infamous management does not inform people sufficiently about is that you are responsible for paying water and sewer which considerably adds to monthly expenses. They try to downplay it at the beginning before you sign a lease by claiming that it's not more than $20. Do not let them foul you! I ended up paying $50-$60 per month for water somebody else was using. Talking about picking up a tab-for people you do not even know! Noise level is absurd, from both the freeway and neighbors. And last, but not the best their infamous management-bedmates team: Sharon & Tony. They are by far the worst thing in that already horrible place: If you ever wish to elaborate on the expression ?scum bags?, come to Madera Valley Apartments and meet Sharon & Tony-they give a completely new meaning to it! First thing they will do after they hand you a keys to the apartment is to ask you to do something for them-free of charge, of course. They use a barter system in dealing with residents. It is very simple: you place a maintenance request-they ask you to cook them a dinner. In spite of the fact that they occupy three-bedroom town home they emanate a spirit of the real trailer trash. Good luck to you all!

I've lived here at the Madera Valley Apartments since 1987 after owning several residences. This review is so far from the truth that "Anonymous" must have some agenda other than a review of Madera Valley Apts. Please read my review.
