Years at this apartment: 2001 - 1989
Madera Vista is the worst apartment
I've ever lived at.
There NO parking designated for tenants,
The place looks nice but the manager
doesn't know how to manage the apartments
she tells the tenants, "not her problem,
call the police".
It's noisy, the kids that rent from these
places play loud music and the manager
doesn't care.
Lights burn out and aren't replaced
in a timely manner.
