Very loud, 8 to 10 people per 3 bedroom apt
Police their every weekend for parties and several times a week for stolen cars or theft.
Tenants freely walk around smoking crack and dope or deal drugs.No hope for management 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
