When I moved in sight unseen as I needed a place right away. It reminds me of a sorority house. Management says all the things they are fixing and changing, but never happends. Outside service is expensive, yet they don't even try to conserve. Cable is a rip off and internet is too slow as they have bad cable lines. Too many people live here the hot tub doesn't work, the elevator and parking garage is the worst parts. The amount they charge is way too much, but since everyone has roommates they get away with it. I live here now and will be moving soon, yes the new place will be smaller and more expensive, but a higher quality of live and everything works.
