I have lived here for almost 6 months and thank god I only signed a 6 month lease. I have put in 4-5 maitanence requests and still nothing has happened. Sure the rent for a 3 bedroom is cheaper than other places in Marin, but at the cost of no parking, loud parties, nothing every getting fixed, and to top it off you pay for garbage and water which for a 3 bedroom is around $120 a month....They add cable to your rent, so you can't get a deal on cable. The buildings are run down and the landscaping is next to nothing (which you pay to water by the way) there are only 4 washers for one big complex and the office is NEVER open. Run away from this place despite the square footage and the veiws (which all apartments don't have) this place is a dump!
