New management lies... the party line is "I have to talk to my boss about that." Then you never hear back. Their story changes all the time when asked about rent, maintenance, leases, etc. BIG rent increases being handed out with new leases and management has confirmed (when pushed about it) that buildings will be emptied for remodeling at some point. Lots of noise, no maintenance to speak of, no service from managment worthy of the rents paid. Long-term sewage leaks in the garage. Apartments test postive for asbestos. WORST place we've ever lived. There is no regard here for the tenants.
