Quality of tennat here is roomate like and is getting worse From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008   I am a resident of over 5 years. I have a family and work a white collar job. The quality of tenant here has gone down hill considerably. These apratments were in fact a good deal for Marin due to the state of repair of the building gone un addressed for quite awhile. New owners are looking to improve the property but this will require tenants to vacate their premises. All well and good excpet for tenants with longterm living needs and families like mine are one by one moving out and the owner is being forced to rent to tenants that can tolerate the inconvienence of the future plans. Namely roomate situations. Over the last year there have been several car thefts and brea-ins, this was unheard of in the past. Add to this the SEC8 low income development that was jsut completed on Paradise drive just west of CM Apartments and you get an intersting mix of local kids haging around after school. Sad to see this place crumble but muy saftey is more important the saving a few dollars. Soon to move out too.
