Only for unfortunate! - I lived in this place for 3 years and it was not a nice experience. I would not recommend it to anyone and I am glad that I no longer live there. I also do not agree with a review from the person who said that they live there since 1987! DON'T HATE ! You know that you were the problem! Mold doesn't happen if you keep a clean well vented unit. We do not miss all of the yelling, fighting & police being called!

Police their every weekend for parties and several times a week for stolen cars or theft.
