What REALLY goes down at the Cape. Good and Bad! - My boyfriend and I lived here for 18 months. Originally we had only a one year lease then renewed for another 6 months. Honestly the worst thing about this place was the towing!!! My boyfriend was towed twice (and he was registered) and car got broken into once, and 2 of my friends were towed as well. This is really the only thing that was bad. Yes, the staff constantly changes but really ...Full review of Cape Apartments

Terrible service and poor communication along with many safety issues - Beware of moving into The Enclave in Costa Mesa. We were one of the original tennats to move in when the property was completed. Pleasant office staff and very friendly and considerate neighbors. Things have changed so drastically on the negative side we decided to break our lease and pay to move out. First, some of the office staff is pleasant to work with but the onsite business ...Full review of The Enclave at South Coast

An honest review - Okay, here is an honest and fair review. I have been living in this complex since May of 2007 and it was my first apartment (I'm a student at OCC). This is a pretty nice complex. The maintenance is friendly and very helpful; they're always willing to help you however they can. The office is iffy though. The woman that worked there when I moved in was awful but the new manager is cool. ...Full review of Sunset Cove

FANTASTIC PROPERTY - I lived at Pinecreek twice over the years- once for 2 years back in 1990 and live there now- work took me out of state in between. Both times, the experience has been fantastic. Yes, the property is older, probably built in early 1980's but thats one thing I like, mature landscaping. The staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is responsive, it is quiet and I ...Full review of Pinecreek Apartments

Great space - I have a studio here at Newport Village and can say that I looked in the area and could not find somthing as large as I found here. The floor plan is great and I have a nice size space for my bed. I really wish this complex was pet friendly but I guess you cant have everything perfect. When I moved in the staff was quick and didnt waste my time. I love how relaxed the office feels. I have lived ...Full review of Newport Village Apartments

126 E 18th is a BIG NO NO! - My husband and I have lived in a Westbay complex before this current one, and it was like heaven on earth! The property manager was kind and never overstepped personal space, and the grounds were lovely. Now we live in 126 E 18th St because of a move inbetween and it is a night and day difference. Two weeks after we moved in, I came home to find that the deadbolt was undone. Everyday ...Full review of Westbay Apartments on E st St

You'll be sorry you moved here. No air conditioning - I lived here for 4 1/2 years and moved out 6 months ago. I am still owed money for being over charged by AUM, the ripoff water bill company. They charge $7.50 extra each month to pay your bill online! Jennifer, who used to work here, was always helpful and told me I would be getting a check for the overcharge amount. After three months I went back and the new "manager" said ...Full review of Newport Glen Apartment

Pros and cons of living at Pinecreek Village Apartments - This was my first experience living in CA. Here are the pros and cons of living here for 3 and a 1/2 years at Pinecreek: Here are the cons: ~The rent was through the roof and was raised each year by $100.00. ~The ant problem was unbearable! It was so bad that I had to chaulk it myself and then patch the other holes that the ants found. ~There was the world's smallest pantry in the ...Full review of Pinecreek Village Apartments
