That is good to hear because alot of good paying tenents left for that very reason.

No, they have substantially dropped rents lately to attract college students, to probably 60% of their levels 2 years ago according to the prices one of the students told me. So the issue of sky high rents is resolving itself as they try to keep occupancy up.
