I am moving into the Lakes at South Coast this week. I wanted to pass along my great experience that I have had regarding this property. I had a very unique leasing experience with the Lakes to say the least. As you know this property is very popular. I was trying to applying for a bond unit and I just missed an available apartment by one day. Not only were the staff very polite and helpful, but they were also incredibly accommodating. They kept me very informed of my waitlist status and any available apartments that happened to pop up. When a bond unit became available, they notified me very promptly, so I was able to give my notice at my present apt. complex and avoid paying unnecessary dual rent. Then, the resident in the apartment that I was to move into pushed back their move-out date. I was immediately notified by the leasing agent I have been working with, Josh. Unfortunately, this was very bad timing because I was due to have eye surgery two days before the new move-in date. Again, the staff was incredibly accommodating and found another apartment for me!
I look forward to my new apartment and community, especially knowing that the staff truly cares about their residents!
