In response to the recent post about a resident being assaulted. It is untrue and never occurred. We (the management office) have confirmed with Costa Mesa Police Department that there was no such incident. As with many of the claims made in these posts, much of the information is based on misinformation. No apartment community is perfect, so it is up to the on site management to address issues brought to its attention. Many of these posts have never been brought to the management. As you can see we do read them and do try to address as best we can. However, nothing works better than sitting down with management to talk about issues. Many would be suprised at what can be accomplished! To all those that have addressed price and rent increases, the increases have not been due to amenity improvements, but due to customer demand. Living in a great location in the heart of O.C. has been popular as of late, and home prices and apartment rents have reacted accordingly. Good luck!
