I have stayed here for a year now and can't wait to get out. It is the noisiest place on this earth! I would highly suggest anyone to look for some other apartment. I disregarded the previous review and rented this place and boy am I sorry!!!
It is extremely noisy and the construction work here is scheduled to go on for the next 3-1/2 years. The construction work is not just on the grounds but also within the apartments. Initially we thought that the construction work would not be such a hindrance but you can literally hear the drilling/banging on the walls etc, days in and day out.
Not safety at all with all the construction workers going around in the complex all the time. The parking area sucks, the basement has leaky pipes with water dripping on your cars. Speak to the management about it, and it is not going to make a difference. They would sympathize with you and say "Well we cannot do anything about it since you already signed your lease !!!"
They lure the tenants with activities like sunday breaksfasts and dinner on Tuesdays, but you would have to stand in a long queue to get a piece of donut(and that is limited too, you cannot have more than one!!) and same with dinner
Pros:- They have a nice gym but you can use it only till 11.00 pm same with pool area and sauna.
Even the upgraded apartment is not worth it because of the exorbitant rent rates. We saw some apartments by Irvine company, and they do seem reasonable by comparison.
Good luck to who ever disregards this review and still rents this apartment, boy are you gonna be sorry!! I would have given a negative rating if possible! worst experience ever.
