The upgraded apartments...I have one its a joke!

Worst place I have ever lived. After moving in to the new upgraded apartment I thought it would be so nice. Well... the first 5 days no hot water or heat, then the handel to the shower brakes and when they replace it they put it on wrong and now no cold water. The new microwave started to smokeand catch on fire'' Where do they get the people who wire all this'' Then they un-clogged the apartments pipes above me which flooded my kitchen. I wasnt home that night and when I called about it they said because I wasnt home they didnt come in...ok they just let the apt. flood' The fire alarm goes off twice a week at the worst hours. They turn off the water once a week to fix other apartments. Its like you live without walls because they are so thin you can hear your neighbor upstairs peeing in there bathroom or the neighboe next to you talking on there phone. I have never lived at such a horriable place in my life and hope you make the right choice not to fall into the trap of living here. FYI...ALL this happened in the last month of me moving into the "great" re-modeled apartment which I pay 1900 a month for.

I just moved in and I love it. I pay 2000 for a one bedroom off the lake with a view of that tall building (the plaza?) The gym rocks! knock on wood I havent had any plumbing problems or any other problems fot that matter. I had a hot water problem the first day but called maintenance andthey were in my place within 2 hours and it's been fine ever since. I shopped around costa mesa and this is by far the nicest place in the area. Everything else is older and kind of rundown.

How much is catpaldin being paid? .. at the end of the day, this IS a publicly traded company, and this says ita ll
