This place is such a dump! I usually give credit where it is due. The maintenance staff is friendly, but they can't fix things when the leasing office does not put in the work order after the third time a problem has been called in!!! Ok, so every apt. has maintenance problems, but my stove burner turning on and off and the oven temp. going up and down after the 7th time it has been fixed . . . uh - he-lllo! That is not the worst of it; the kitchen sink keeps leaking and I was told that it is because of the garage disposal shakes the pipes loose, so don't put anything down the sink- @#^%E#*WHAT'! The plumbing is terrible; the bathroom stinks like poop no matter what I or any professional cleaners do; the garage is always leeking (so don't ever get your car washed); my car has been broken into; the balcony from the floor above will keep your balcony nice and dirty, always; the carpets attract dirt like fly to a fly paper, and here is the funniest story of all! The bathroom fans are not intended to suck up or filter the air in it, it is there to blow noise! or at least that is what they say . . . no wonder the bathroom odor doesn't go away! Now they want to charge, last I heard, $1990 for a one bedroom'! Are they smoking crack'! Dont even get me started on the constant construction noise and dumpsters parked in front of the buildings and what security' All the building doors are proped open ALL THE TIME' No wonder there are burglaries here! Oh, and when you call in for a maintenance request, GOOD LUCK! The office staff are rude and think that they are doing you a major favor! I don't know what happened' Before management changed this place used to be very nice and attentive.

Judging by the number of vacant units I don't think they'll have them rented. The enclave will be open in April and they will be cheaper with all the modern upgrades already. This property was not upgraded or maintained for fifteen years. The new ownership is trying in vain to catch up at our expense we are paying for all the upgrades(via increases) it's criminal. The noise, dust, poor condition of units, and we are paying them for the inconvienance insane.. I see alot of vacancies come spring and with a recession in full swing in O.C. the high rents won't fly. Too many ajacent area properties renting for much less without the constant construction and noise. We got duped as well no mention of the construction and rent hikes. These 1 bedrooms are not worth 1900 a month there is no space and the infrastucture is old. No amount of cheap cabinets and granite will change that fact. The economy is changing id anything they have to beg people to stay and freeze rents or lower depends on hoe dire the job market gets. I guess thery don't watch the news the consumer is weak, economy is bad, we're in a recession. We don't plan on being here long term it's too pricy for the square footage. A nice gym is not enough reason the units are old the garages leaky it's not worth the price we are paying.

Yeah, Anonymous... this place is an East LA Ghetto! Just where I always wanted to live. I feel so trapped that I've been here 7 years. Give us all a break. Post something that isn't Anonymous.
