This place is wonderful. I wish I could BUY our unit. Staff is wonderful and the apartment is perfect for us. I have NO NEGATIVE comments. Yes, we have heard a neighbor "now and then" but I have had that in any apartment that I have lived in previously.
Price point' this is California. Want luxury for 1/2 the price' Texas has it, no question about it. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.
Appliances are new and top of the line. Washer and Dryer included!
Resort style pool.
In fact, the units lease as fast as they are vacant. That alone speaks volumes.

Hello ---------, or .. Who is this? I know you work at aimco.. i know you think this a bunch of crap too.. so just do me a favor and wink twice the next time you see me.. I'm sure you know who this is (or you will soon)
In fact.. I wonder.. if I contacted apartmentratings maybe they'd give me your ip address and then I can prove you're an aimco employee.. cause i'm pretty sure thats against their rules.. at least they can do a matchup with Mr. -------who obviously posts from his office (as you did) and show everyone whats REALLY going on here.
