I wish i never lived here. It was a waste of money. They were doing construction across the street the loudeness noise you could imagine, for the entire year and it is still going on. On the day I got the keys the sink backed up and gross stuff starting coming out of the sink literally all over my kitchen floor. I had to always have the management come and fix it. They had to replace the water heater and they messed up and their was mushrooms coming out of the floor. I am very disappointed in this place.

Yet, they want top rents close to what newport, laguna is getting what a joke. They've recently have posted defending rents, construction, ect saying you can choose and why they think it's justified. I got a survey from Aimco recently with three questions about price opinion. I hope they look at the results carefully. Nobody is going to pay these prices unless they can do alot better. Beautifying exterior not much when the living space not up to par especially price per sq. ft. I'm giving my notice in the fall I'm paying too much peroid!!
