First of all, the amenities are amazing at this place. It basically has it's own 24-hour fitness on-site. The upgraded units are very luxurious. However, all of this is outweighed by the snobby management. Unless you come dressed in a suit and Rolex, they will ignore you and wait for you to leave before they're forced to help you. If you want to be looked down upon each time you walk into the office, this is the perfect place. Not even an in-house rock climbing gym makes it worth staying here.

I lived there for two years and experienced this with management as well. (The maintenance workers are very friendly, however.) I would never live there again. Not only because of the snobby management, but because management of this place is only concerned about one thing... the bottom line. They leasing agents will lie to you to get yo to move in and then the only thing management is concerned about is keeping you as paying customer. The place is pretty, but I recommend you look elsewhere.

I walked in wearing a polo, shorts, and flip flops and was treated promptly and quickly. What gives?

I walked in the same way.... polo shirt.... flip flops. shaved head and goatee..... Ohh...one more thing... I am not white..... I was treated unlike you state.... I moved, in one week ago.....

I walked in over the weekend - dressed in my jeans and flip flops - and Debby was very kind and courteous in welcoming me. My friends were wearing flip flops as well and nobody seemed snobby to us. On the other hand, the girls who answer the phone do not take messages or management does not get back to potential clients. That is a little disappointing considering the price we would pay for high level service.
