I've been here a while - I lived in this Westbay for many years. The price is good for the area. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance! The grounds are pleasantly landscaped and well kept. The site is a tad dense. Laundry room, pool and BBQ'a are the only amenities. Good value - The apartments are small but clean and cheap. Central heat and air. We had two carport spots for a 2 bedroom apartment. Garages are available but the waiting list is long. The apartments are pretty well insulated both against the elements and the neighbors. Our downstairs neighbor had a baby and we rarely heard it. Laundry is a problem. My favorite place to live in Orange County - I lived at the Bernard Residence for 2 years and enjoyed it thoroughly. The apartment was clean, large, well-designed, the neighbors were so friendly, and the manager/owner was so nice, prompt, and caring.
