She put 21 notes on our door about water shut offs etc. in one year. The water gets shut off all the time. The land lady was a bit of an alcoholic and would harrase tenets during the day, and was passed out by the night. Her name was Kathy Pitts. If she´s still the landlord steer clear if your sober or have children. the apartment is a converted hotel, very little space. there were also 2-bed rooms
