Highly variable customer service From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   The apartments themselves are fine - the layouts are good, the neighbors are about the same as any complex. The issues I've had have been with the staff who don't communicate changes in policy or issues regarding renewals well. I've also had trouble reaching them for maintenance requests.
