I've lived here for three years and can't wait to move out. Incoming residents get louder and ruder with every turn over. I'm not bothered by kids playing, background music, or general sounds of life. It's when my TV is completely drowned out by the neighbors stereo system blaring (when my windows are closed!), when drunken girls spend hours shouting into their cell phones right outside my windows at 2:00 a.m on Tuesdays. and every weekend night is a party at one adjacent apartment or another that I get fed up.
As a working professional, I'm tired of paying high end rent for a nice place and then having 3-4 people share an apartment and treat the neighborhood like a college dorm. It's also impacting the grounds with broken glass, trash and cigarette butts starting to accumulate.
