DON'T RENT HERE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I was a resident here in the past and it has only one beneficial aspect I can think of: The maintenance crew. They were always timely and pleasant. The front office staff is a different story. Sometimes downright rude and quite unhelpful to their own residents when that should be their main concern/interest when in fact it is just making money by overcharging. The apartments are small and cramped. It is a difficult place to live if one desires peace and quiet and a "neighborly" feel. The walls are paper-thin so unless you're into involuntary eaves-dropping and societal deviants as neighbors, I wouldn't recommend it. A long-term lease here is like a prison sentence.
