We lived in building K for 2 years. The staff is rude and insulting. Parking is impossible: we had a 2 bedroom apt and only one carport, while others in the complex had 2 carport spaces with 2 bedroom apts. Drug dealers abound: I always worried about my house or car being broken in to. Fortunately neither were. From our living room, we could look into our neighbors living room 20 feet away. There is no security and all the dealers are constantly taking the gates off the tracks to let their buyers who don't live there into the complex. Quite often I would come home from work to find some drunk low-life blocking the stairs to my apartment. I would say, "Excuse me" to get into my home and they would try and stare me down. But the roaches outside were nothing compared to the wildlife inside! I think we had 4-5 varieties of roach, and the staff made excuses about them, instead of dealing with it. They wanted to raise our rent $150, and we left, because we knew we could get more for our money.
