Management is not very helpful. Suppose to be living in a no pets building (some bldgs can have pets), but management is allowing it. Most noise is from freeways and dogs barking. The good...there are plenty of parking for yourself and guests. Though it says you need a permit to park, no one ever tows you if you do not have one. The residence here are pretty nice. Keep to themselves, not very social. It was okay to live here for one lease term, but I am not looking to renew my lease. I think for the price of rent paying here, there is something better out in Costa Mesa.

Where are you finding all this parking? Cause I'm gonna be here another month and would like to know. There's never parking when I'm looking and I've already heard of someone being towed for staying after 6pm. If you have a secret parking structure I don't know about - please let us know...

Parking is still bad but not as bad as it used to be over the previous year-plus. It used to be incredibly bad, now it's just barely tolerable.
Towing generally happens on Saturdays.. no permit, 1 warning then tow
