I have lived here for over 2 years and I am happy! The management staff here are great. There have been problems with past administrations, but the current office staff are excellent! They always seem genuinely interested in my concerns and are proactive about finding solutions for me. Above all they are human beings (not corporate meenies). I have been treated with the ut-most courtesy and respect. This is a beautiful property with lots of trees and space around the apartments. I feel like I live in a big park. My apartment has a view of the volleyball court and I love it (even though no one uses it).This is a great neighborhood, close to everything, and very quiet. I feel safe here. I looked around at quite a few properties before settling here, and I think there is great value for my dollar offered here. Let's face it it's not cheap to live in this part of Orange County. The trade off is worth it though, and there are a lot of lesser complexes around here that charge more. I have 3 cars and even though I have top pay $22 extra for the other two cars each month, I have had no problems finding parking by my apartment. I even get guest passes for free when I have visitors. I would highly recommend checking out this community!!! You won't be dispointed!

This is a false review, to start this person cant pay $22 per car, cause they told me that I was only allowed 2 cars MAX at $30 a month, this must be that ----- spineless male that takes his job way to seriously at the front office, how about get off the internet and help out your needy tenants!!!
