cockroach heaven From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   overpriced, dirty, you think this place is OK - except for bad parking and cockroaches everywhere that come out at night and during hot weather - until you move out. THEN the office staff goes into commando mode. they charge you your entire deposit for things that are not even your responsibility (cleaning, carpet shampoo, painting, etc.) and then some. we did typical upkeep and a standard cleaning when we left, but they'll keep sending you bills well after you're gone. even cleaned up at least half a dozen dead roaches that we found legs up behind furniture etc. after moving out. did we get a credit for that' heck no. good riddance to this place.
