This place is such a great place to live in. Parking here has been great! I have never seen another location that not only has enough parking for everyone in the apartment, but has enough overnight parking permits to accommodate guests. All you have to do is call or go into the front office and they will make you one right there. As for cockroaches, I have personally lived in two different apartments here over the past year (started in a studio, then upgraded to a two bedroom/two bath) and have never had a cockroach problem, termite issue, or rat infestation inside my apartment. I do know that when my friends moved into their two bedroom they saw one cockroach, the staff had terminex out the next day for a treatment, and they never saw another one again, and they have been there a year as well.
This is a great place to live, and although they don't have washer/dryers in every apartment, they have four 24 hour laundry facilities as well as an awesome new patrol service. I would at least recommend a visit to this location if you are looking to move to the Costa Mesa area as the location is great (being so close to South Coast Mall, grocery stores, 55/405/73 freeways, movie theaters, restaurants, and much more.) And like I said, I have been here well over a year and living in about 2 other apartment communities in the area and hating every minute, this place has been a terrific living experience! ^_^

I agree to management can work the internet and dont give me this crap that everything here is great, you get your rent upped every year and they reip you off for your water. This places SUCKS! get a life who every wrote this and wak up and smell the cockroaches!
