i like it. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   my friend recommended this place to me so i checked it out. yes, it is a bit old and yes, it is pricey, but it's comparable to the neighboring apartments. i've only lived here a month but honestly, i LOVE it! the apartment is perfect for me by myself, great size, i got new carpet and everything when i moved in. it's SUPER quiet and the landscaping is gorgeous, it reminds me of a forest. the management is friendly, unlike my last apartment (archstone fountain valley...YUCK!. for the cons, well, the parking situation is terrible. after 6 pm you have to have a permit to park and i believe an extra permit is something like $30 a month. i have all my friends park across the street in the residential area and then just walk across and that seems to work just fine. another bad thing, there are no utilities included, but then again, most apartments in OC do not include any utilities. i really like this place, it's safe. i feel secure and peaceful when i'm home and i love that i have a "garport" which is basically a garage i share with someone else. all in all, i would definitely recommend this place!! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
