This place is horrible. Cockroaches everywhere, they tell you when you move in that you don't have to pay water but then you get the surprise bill and remember you are not only paying for your water but for the pool, spa, sprinklers that never go off, other people's water/1 hour showers, and you pay double for washing. You have drug addicts living here and drunks. Molesters live here. DO not move here it is gross and run down.
If I were you I would run and dont look back, they have trolls working in the front office and pimps and druggys living next to you. Do not belive them when they say you can't hear your neighboors cause that is a bloody lie.
All you hear is doors slamming, walls shaking etc. The bugs are the worse of all be prepared for cockroaches bigger then your big toe and I live on a second floor apartment. The sprinklers keep it damp so there are bugs everywhere.
Also when you move in they will tell you dont have to pay water but then you get the "Surprise Bill" in the mail and that is illegal too because they are submetering which is aganist the law.
You can park your car but be prepared for damages to your car and lack of parking. They let sex offenders live here and you will not believe the old man with the ugly dog that walks around smacking his teeth who is a drunk and spreads gossip. This is so sick! DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT MOVE TO AVALON AT SOUTH COAST and they also up the rent every year. Its a mess!
