I live in Bay Meadows now with my boyfriend and his parents. Lets start inside the apartment...
The carpet is old and dirty unless you are lucky enough to move into an apartment thats been vacant long enough for the s****y owner to get it ripped up and changed. the plugs in the walls dont hold anything, blow drying and straightening your hair is almost impossible! not to mention pluging in a damn light!!! the garbage disposal is ALWAYS broken, and it takes them a week to come fix it. we once went without hot water for 2 days... they told us they kept an empty apartment open for half the complex to use if you need to shower!! GROSS!!!
they tell you no pets but we live across from a family with an annoying bird that wakes you up at 5 am everyday!!! there are dirty little kids running around everywhere, dogding at you as you drive in! the pool is filthy, the jacuzzi is green from algae and mold. parking for visitors or anyone with more than 1 are sucks! if you get home after 6 on a weekday count on hiking 10 miles to your house! the paint outside is faded and chipped. oh, except the outward facing walls... from the street you see a half repainted wall! woo hoo!! the poor manager, gary, ties to do his best but the damn asian owner is so cheap!!! the washers and dryers never work, you have designated laundry rooms with never available machines!!! people lock you out when you use the wrong room! then you have to crawl thru windows to get your clothes!!
dont move here... its inexpensive because its ugly, dirty and infested with illegals!!!
