this apt complex actually stands out as the best looking in the area (the reason i noticed it) it is actually decently well kept. the on-site manager seems farely likable, but is actually a big pervert who is always sneaking around and trying to get into everybodies personal business when it isnt welcomed. he constantly tried to listen in on my private conversations and kept note of who was entering and exiting my apt. many of the females expressed the fact that they did not feel safe with him there. also on the subject, at the time of my departure, nothing had been done about the peeping tom who was constantly looking into the 1st floor bedrooms while masturbating, he had been chased away a couple times but no preventative measures had been taken. my apt was also broken into once, but no one seemed to care. that was enough reason for me to leave. the off-site management staff was very rude and made up a number of exuses not to give back my deposit, in fact they actually billed me for reasons they did not feel like explaining to me. it is definately not worth your time living there.
